Buffalo BBQ

Here at Buffalo BBQ, we're committed to providing recipes, tips, and reviews for bbqing and cooking barbeque.

Tip #1: Soaking your meat in a marinade for at least 30 minutes is important. Some may even soak them overnight with their secret sauces and spices. Marinades help make the meat become tender when cooked and they enhance the flavor, as the seasonings are absorbed more into the meat. The marinades can also be used to baste the meat before barbequing.

Tip #2: Cook your ribs very slowly over low heat. You need to cook your ribs at two hundred and seventy degrees for several hours. You can do this in your oven but a smoker is much better. You will know when the ribs are done when you can tear the ribs easily by pulling on two of the bones.
